വ്യവസ്ഥകളും നിബന്ധനകളും

ഐഡിബിഐ ബാങ്കിന്റെ ഓണസഞ്ചാരം പദ്ധതിയിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുന്നവർ പാലിക്കേണ്ട നിബന്ധനകൾ:

1. പദ്ധതിയിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുന്നവർ പേര്, സ്ഥലം, വയസ്സ്, ഫോൺ നമ്പർ തുടങ്ങിയ കൃത്യമായ എല്ലാ വിവരങ്ങളും തരേണ്ടതാണ്
2. 18 വയസ്സിനും അതിനു മുകളിലുമുള്ള പ്രവാസികൾക്കു മാത്രമേ പങ്കെടുക്കാനാവൂ
3. സെപ്റ്റംബർ 13 അഞ്ചുമണിക്കു മുൻപ് റജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്യുന്നവരിൽ നിന്നായിരിക്കും വിജയികളെ തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കുക
4. ലക്കി ഡ്രോയിലൂടെ തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കുന്ന 70 പേർക്കാണ് പദ്ധതിയിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കാൻ സാധിക്കുക. ഇതിൽ പിന്നീട് മാറ്റങ്ങൾ വരുത്തുന്നതല്ല.
5. 5000 രൂപ വരെയുള്ള ഷോഫർ സർവീസ് (കാറും ഡ്രൈവറും) ആണ് സൗജന്യമായി ലഭിക്കുക. കൂടുതലായി വരുന്ന പണം വിജയികൾ നൽകേണ്ടതാണ്.
6. യാത്രക്കാർ കയറുന്നതു മുതലല്ല, കാർ സ്റ്റാർട്ടു ചെയ്യുന്നതു മുതലായിരിക്കും ചാർജ് കണക്കാക്കുക.
7. യാത്ര ചെയ്യാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്ന ദിവസത്തിനു മൂന്നു ദിവസങ്ങൾക്കു മുൻപ് വിവരം മനോരമ ടീമിനെ അറിയിച്ച് ബുക്ക് ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാണ്.
8. ബുക്കിങ് സമയത്തുതന്നെ വിലാസം, സമയം തുടങ്ങിയവ അറിയിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.
9. 2016 ഓഗസ്റ്റ് 24 മുതൽ 2016 സെപ്റ്റംബർ 30 വരെയായിരിക്കും ഓഫർ കാലാവധി. അതിനുശേഷം ഇതു ലഭ്യമല്ല.
10. ഐഡിബിഐ ബാങ്കിന്റെ ഓഫറുകളേയും സർവീസുകളെയും കുറിച്ച് അറിയിക്കുന്നതിന് ഈ വിവരങ്ങൾ ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും. എൻഡിഎൻസി റജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ ഉണ്ടെങ്കിലും ഇതു ബാധകമായിരിക്കും.
11. ഐഡിബിഐ ബാങ്കിനു വ്യവസ്ഥകളിലോ മാനദണ്ഡത്തിലോ മുൻകൂട്ടി അറിയാക്കാതെ, കാരണം വ്യക്തമാക്കാതെ ഏതുസമയത്തും മാറ്റം വരുത്താൻ സാധിക്കും
12. ഐഡിബിഐ ബാങ്കിന്റെയോ സഹകരണ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളുടെയോ ജീവനക്കാർക്കും കുടുംബത്തിനും ഇതിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കാൻ സാധിക്കില്ല
13. ഈ പദ്ധതിയെ സംബന്ധിച്ച് എന്തെങ്കിലും പ്രശ്നങ്ങളുണ്ടായാൽ അതിൽ ഐഡിബിഐ ബാങ്കിന്റെ തീരുമാനം അന്തിമമായിരിക്കും.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

 By participating in IDBI OnamSancharam you agree to the following:

1. The contestant agrees to provide complete and correct information with respect to his/her identity, contact details, location, age, and such other information as may be required.

2. The contest is valid only for NRIs, aged 18 or above.

 3. Selection of winners will be based on registrations received on or before 13th September, 2016, 5pm IST

4. Total 70 contestants will win the offer through the lucky draw. The selection of winners will be final and will not be subject to any further discussion/debate.

5. Chauffer service (car and driver) upto Rs.5000 will be provided for free. Any additional amount should be paid by the winner directly.

6. Amount will be calculated from where the taxi starts and not from where the winner gets in the car.

 7. Winner to inform Manorama team at least 3 days before he/she wishes to use the service as a booking.

8. Pickup address and time should be clearly stated at the time of booking.

9. Offer can be availed from August 24, 2016 till September 30, 2016. There will be no extension for availing the service.

10. The details provided by the participant will be used to inform them about IDBI Bank’s offers and services. This will override any NDNC registration made by the participants.

11. IDBI Bank reserves the right to change/modify terms and conditions and/or criteria of the contest at any time at its own discretion and without any prior notice and without assigning any reason.

12. Employees (and members of immediate family) of IDBI Bank or its subsidiaries or its associates and all its empanelled agencies are ineligible for this promotion.

13. In case of any dispute or difference in respect of this Contest, the decision of IDBI Bank shall be final.
