State Bank of India in association with SBI Capital Securities Limited offers a state of the art Online Trading platform for NRIs to participate in Indian share markets. It is a 3-in-1 account, which links your NRE Savings, Demat and Trading accounts. NRIs residing in USA, UK, Canada and Japan are not allowed to avail online e-Z Trade services, owing to regulatory constraints. NRI Mumbai Branch is designated as Nodal Branch for e-Z Trade account.

Following documents need to be submitted for opening NRI Demat and Trading Account:

  1. Copy of Passport
  2. Copy of Residence Permit - VISA or OCI or PIO card
  3. Latest Foreign Address Proof
  4. Latest Local Address Proof (if applicable)
  5. Copy of PAN Card
  6. Copy of NRE Statement
  7. Cancelled Cheque Leaf as MICR proof
  8. Completely filled application with 3 passport size Photographs
